Learning and Development
The Royal Garden Hotel is committed to the continuous learning and development of team members from the first working day, as we believe this to be an integral part of achieving our aim of excellence in service. We provide a diverse range of learning and development opportunities to enable all team members to meet and understand their current job requirements and provide them with the tools to optimise their potential for the future.
Along with extensive on-the-job training, we encourage each member of staff to profit from the variety of internal and external courses offered. This will not only ensure their positive contribution to the successful achievement of business goals, but personal goals as well.
In addition to our comprehensive training programmes the Royal Garden Hotel equally encourages employees to develop their skills by undertaking additional study at all levels. Whether you want to undertake an NVQ based around your role at work, or take part in external study we are happy to discuss your individual requirements. Many of our employees are currently utilising the benefits from our Chefs attending college to complete their NVQ programmes to others carrying out evening classes at University.
